The Agency

Gerald Sindell and Max Sindell head a team of leading brand geniuses, marketers, strategists, web designers and bloggers who create unique solutions for each client.

Whether you’re the next hot band out of Seattle, an indie film in production in Dallas, or a new web presence in New York, we will create a strategy to build your audience and stay in relationship with them.

Gerald Sindell:

An award-winning Hollywood motion picture director, motion picture marketer, book publisher, author and popular columnist, Gerald has helped organizations and individuals of all kinds discover their genius, shape it, and share it with others. His own book, The Genius Machine, 11 Steps That Turn Raw Ideas Into Brilliance (New World Library, 2009) has been acclaimed as “a gift to the world.”

Gerald guides leaders and organizations of all kinds to maximize their return on the most precious capital of all: their capacity. Whether it is the skills or idealism of a leader, or the enormous latent human capital typically underused in even the greatest organizations, becoming an innovative person or inculcating  a culture of innovation in an organization is the best long term strategy for living a life or creating a thriving company.

Motion Pictures: Gerald is an award-winning Hollywood film director receiving the Atlanta Film Festival’s Silver Phoenix for his first feature-length picture Double-Stop, World’s Best Feature Motion Picture, and is producer-director of Cinema Center’s Harpy, which has reached cult status.

Publishing: As a book developer, editor, and eventually founder and publisher of Tudor Publishing and Knightsbridge Publishing, Sindell has helped shape many books and careers, having put more than 75,000,000 books in print.

Corporate: The ideas and methodologies Sindell develops with his clients reach most of the Fortune 500 and the Global 2000 directly or indirectly. Whether breakthroughs developed in direct partnership with leading professional services organizations such as Accenture (on the first 3D real time inter active simulation, Simplementation) or developing the ideas that thought leaders like Dean Brenner of The Latimer Group bring to key clients like United Technologies, the ripple effect of better ideas in the market place of ideas means that Sindell’s Innovation clients are changing the world everyday. From GE to State Farm, Alcoa to InBev, Yahoo! to Booz Allen, our clients and our clients’ clients provide thought lead er ship that improves lives.

Max Sindell:

Max has been tackling the challenges of new media from a young age, when he started his first web design company at 13. While studying writing at the Interlochen Arts Academy, he launched the academy’s first film program by raising $10,000 to write, direct, and edit a feature film. Later, he studied writing at the Johns Hopkins University before publishing his first book at 21, entitled The Bright Side: Surviving Your Parent’s’ Divorce.

Recently, Max worked for Red Room.com, the leading social network for the literary community, where he was in charge of author relationships, traffic growth, and customer service. He also helped with the design and launch of Knowledge Genie, a powerful way to get paid for your expertise. As a detail-minded editor and an innovative promoter, Max looks forward to helping you find optimal ways to share your products and passion with the world.
